بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ, نَحْمَدُهُ وَنُصَلِّي عَلَى رَسُوْلُهُ الْكَرِيمِ

Importance and necessity of clothing

Clothing is a great blessing of Allah. By this, he made human beings different from all other animals and made covering certain parts of the human body an obligatory act of worship. Islam has separate rules regarding dress and veiling for both men and women. It is a must for every Muslim who aspires to Paradise.

At present, in the name of fashion, in the name of fashion, foreign imitations are going on everywhere, ignoring the Islamic rules in the field of dress and veiling. As a result, peace and order and security in the society are being disrupted and the country is becoming a target of Allah's wrath.

So come on! The Prophet, peace be upon him, avoided obscenity and nudity in the name of foreign shameless fashion. Follow its peaceful, beneficent Sunnah. Then inshAllah. Peace, order and security will return. Along with that, a civilized society free from obscenity, promiscuity and shamelessness will be established.

It should be remembered that the Islamic world did not force humanity to wear any specific type of clothing. Again did not leave completely open. However, 8 principles have been described. All clothing that is fully in accordance with this principle, will be Islamic clothing and the cause of liberation in the Hereafter. Otherwise it is un-Islamic and will lead to hell.

Therefore, our effort is to convey the principles of dress and veil to Muslim brothers and sisters. May Allah Ta'ala give tawfeek to everyone  

Allah's declaration regarding clothing

يَبَنِي آدَمَ قَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْكُمْ لِبَاسًا يُورِي سَوْءَتِكُمْ وَرِيشًا وَلِبَاسُ التَّقْوَى ذلِكَ خَيْرٌ ذلِكَ مِنْ ايتِ اللَّهِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يوَلِك

O son of Adam! We have given you clothes, to cover the exposed part of your body that is unclean and to receive adornment. In fact, the garment of piety is the best. This is one of the signs of Allah's power, so that they think. (Araf-26) In this verse, Allah Almighty not only the believer; Rather, he addressed all the children of Adam who were created by him and said these words. Because of which Hazrat Adam a. Covering the satar (private parts) has been a human characteristic since its era. And it has been considered as one of the signs of Allah's power.

Purpose and benefits of clothing

The three purposes of clothing are described in the narrated verse. [a] Covering the part of the body that is polluting to expose. [2] To acquire adornment and adornment. The real and true purpose is by these two works. [Three] To acquire piety and fear of God.

Allah's warning about clothing

يبَنِي آدَمَ لَا يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ الشَّيْطنُ كَمَا أَخْرَجَ أَبَوَيْكُم مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ يَنْزِعُ عَنْهُمَا لِبَاسَهُمَا لِيُرِيَهُمَا سَوْءتِهِمَا إِنَّهُ يَرنَكُمْ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا

O children of Adam! May Satan not tempt you in anything. As your parents

He was taken out of paradise. He stripped them to show their shame. He and his team see you from places where you cannot see them. And I have made Satan a friend of those who disbelieve. (Surah Araf-27)

First duty and first attack

After faith, the first obligation on people is Satar Dhaka. Satan, the eternal enemy of man, attacked this obligation first. That is, Hazrat Adam a. And Hazrat Hawa a. Who stripped him out of Paradise. Even today, Satan and his disciples use the name of fashion to lead people astray. Due to which a foul and foul atmosphere of sin is created.

Clothing in Islam

Islam is a natural and universal religion. Age after age, century after century, this religion will continue till doomsday. People's tastes will also change with the evolution of space and time. Therefore, Islam did not force the people of the world to wear a certain type of clothing; Rather, he gave some principles about clothing. Now we describe it.

[A] dress to be able to cover the seventies [This is derived from Surah Araf verse 26] The sin of revealing the body parts of men and women is called satar. Men's Satar: Men's Satar is described in Hadith Sharif-

قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عَورَتُ الرَّجُلِ مَا بَيْنَ سُرَّتِه إِلى رُكْبَتِه [one] Prophet. Irshad said, the man's satar is from the navel to the knee. (Dara Kutni-1/230)

It is described in another hadith - Rasulullah SAW. Hazrat Ali RA Who says, YA على لا تكشف فَخِذَكَ, ولا تنزر على فَخِذِ حي ولا مَيْتٍ . [Two] O Ali! Do not expose your rana (thighs) and do not look at the rana of the living or the dead. (Abu Dawud, H. No. 4016)

Women's Satar: Three levels of women's satar.

[A] "Seventeen of women in front of women" is from the navel to the knees. A woman can never reveal this part in front of other women without necessity. (Hedaya 2/445, Bahrur Rayeeq 9/354) [2] "Satar of a woman in front of a mahram man" is the full body of a woman except the head, hair, neck, feet, ankles, hands, arms and neck. Apart from these parts of the body, no other part can be exposed even in front of a mahram man. (Nur, 31 extracted from Hit. Hedayah 2/445) [3] “Then the woman before the man is seventy: full body.” Women cannot show any part of their body including hands and feet to a man without a mahram. Doing so is a sin. It is called hijab or veil. (Noor 31. Extracted from verse 60 and verse 59 of Ahzab.) In verse 31 of Surah Noor, the tafseer of Hazrat Ibn Abbas (ra) states that if a woman has to uncover her face or hands for special needs, then this verse has given her permission. But since the face is the center of form and beauty, it should be covered in normal conditions. As stated in Surah Ahzab verse 59 [Tafseer Tawzihul Qur'an 2/429]

Mahrams and those with whom meeting is permissible are called Mahrams with whom marriage is forbidden forever. So it is completely permissible to meet and travel with them. Their number is 14 people. For example: For a boy - 1. your mother 2. Your grandmother 3 Your grandmother. 4. your daughter 5. your sister 6. Your cousin 7. your aunt 8. Your nephew 9. your niece 10. milk mother 11. milk sister 12. mother in law 13. honest girl 14. Your son's wife. Also with whom it is permissible to meet - 15. all men 16 women without sexual desire. 17. adult girl

For girls - 1. your father 2. Apan Nana 3. your grandfather 4. your brother 5. your son 6. your uncle 7. Your uncle 8. your nephew 9. Your niece 10. milk daddy 11. Dud Bhai 12. father in law 13. honest boy 14. Your daughter's son-in-law. Also with whom it is permissible to meet - 15. all women 16. Asexual men. 17. adult boy (Nisa-23, Noor-31)

A garment that is unable to cover the seventies

Three types of clothing are unable to cover the satir of men and women. [A] somewhat incomplete garment. That is, the clothes are so short that if you wear them, you can see any part of the satar of a woman or a man.

[Two] virtues of incomplete clothing. The quality of clothing is to cover the body. Clothing so thin or fine that the shape of the body can be clearly seen and understood. [three] tight-fitting clothing. That is, the clothes are so tight-fitting

In such a way that the structure, shape and private parts of the body can be seen and understood. (Ahkame Libas p: 46)

Those wearing such clothes are naked

Making, selling, and wearing these three types of clothing is completely Haraam and a sin. Rasulullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam called those who wear such clothes naked and those of hell and said-

وَنِسَاءٌ كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ مَائِلَاتٌ مُبِيلَاتٌ رُءُوسُهُنَّ كَأَسْنِمَةِ الْبُخْتِ المَائِلَةِ، لَا يَدْخُلْنَ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَا يَجِدُنَ رِيحَهَا ، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيَوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ كَذَا وَكَذَا

Some women will be naked despite being clothed. They themselves will be attracted to others and others will be attracted to themselves. The hair on their heads will be like a camel's hump. These women are far from entering paradise, they will not even smell the fragrance of paradise. But the fragrance of paradise can be found from thousands of miles away. (Sahih Muslim 2128)

[2] Attainment of finery, adornment and adornment

[This is taken from the 26th verse of Surah Araf Clothing equivalent to seventy Dhaka is mandatory law in all cases. But so much clothing is not tasteful in the society. So one should wear suitable clothes without waste and extravagance. To look beautiful on the outside. It is described in a hadith

فَإِذَا أَتَاكَ اللهُ مَالًا فَلْيُرَ عَلَيْكَ ثْرُ نِعْمَةِ اللَّهِ وَكَرَامَتِهِ When Allah has given you wealth, then the signs of Allah’s mercy and grace are manifested in you externally (Abu Dawud-4063, Nasa’i-5224).

[Three] Not to imitate and resemble the Gentiles in dress

قال النبي صلى الله عليه مَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِقَوْمٍ فَهُوَ مِنْهُمْ

Prophet Irshad - the person who imitates or imitates any nation will be considered as their party member. (Abu Dawud-4031) Intentionally imitating the pagans is haram and kabeera sin. And adopting the likeness of heathens without desire is makruh and contrary to the spirit of faith. (Ahkame Libas-56)

[4] The Prophet, peace be upon him, does not have pride in clothing. Irshad - A person wearing impressive clothes was walking with his hair combed with pride; All of a sudden, Allah Taala threw him under the ground. He will continue to collapse like this until the Day of Judgment. (Sahih al-Bukhari-5789,5788) [Five] Men's clothing not below the ankles

قال النبي صلى الله عليه مَا أَسْفَلَ مِنَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ مِنَ الْإِزَارِ فِي النَّارِ Rasulullah SAW. Said - The part of the (man's) garment below the ankle will go to hell. (Sahih Bukhari-5787) At present we are arming ourselves with the ideals of the Gentiles, disregarding Islamic law. Two fashions of foreigners are observed in this regard.

[A] Wearing pants, pajamas and lungis below the ankles. [Two] Wearing shorts with bare knees. The first one has been going on since Jahili era. And the second is that the present-day anthropomorphic devils make Muslims naked in hell. Invented to make. So we should avoid this path of hell and return to the path of paradise. The Prophet, peace be upon him, determined the path to paradise. He declared that it is forbidden to wear clothes that open the knees. It is Sunnah to wear clothes between the knees and ankles. Clothing above the ankles is permissible. It is forbidden to wear clothes below the ankles. (Abu Dawud-4096)

[Six] Men and women not wearing each other's clothes is described in the Hadith Shareef-

لعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْمُتَشَبْهِينَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ بِالنِّسَاءِ والُتَشَبْهَاتِ مِنَ الِّسَاءِ بِالرِّجَالِ

Rasulullah SAW. Cursed and accursed on those men who hold women well and cursed on those Nareeds who hold men well. [Bukhari-5885] That is, the type of clothing that is for men is haram for women. And the kind of clothing that is for women is haram for men.

[seven] Men's Clothing Non-silk It is not permissible for a man to wear silk cloth more than four fingers' length. Which is described in Hadith Sharif- أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: حُرِّمَ لِبَاسُ الحَرِيرِ وَالذَّهَبِ عَلَى

ذُكُورِ أُمَتِي وَأُحِلَّ لِإِنَائِهِمْ

Prophet Irshad said - The use of silk clothes and gold ornaments is haram for the men of my Ummah and it is halal for the women. (Tirmidhi-1720, Bukhari-5829, Muslim-2069)

[Eight] Men's clothing not to be of prohibited colors

4 color clothing is prohibited for men [one] saffron. [two] dark yellow [three] saffron color. [four] dark red. It is makruh tanjihi and contrary to taqwa. (See details - Bukhari-5846, Muslim-2077, Tirmidhi-2807, Source: Ahkame Libas, p: 73)

Screen requirements

In today's world, lawlessness, insecurity, eviction, rape, sexual abuse, murder, suicide, poisoning, acid throwing and illegal relationships of young and young women are leaving lime and ink on the faces of parents. The main reason behind the organization of these heinous sins is to follow the fashion of the pagans, ignoring the rules of Islamic dress and veiling. So let us be Islamic

Disregarding dress code and veils. Only then, inshallah, peace and security will return to the world.

The veil of men and women

All sensible people of all religions of the world agree that women's satar and purdah are many times more important than men's. Because sexual attraction exists in the structure of women in a natural way. (Maariful Hadith - 6/170) So there is a difference between the veil of men and women. Men's veils are seventeen and eye. And women's full body with veil face, hands. (Surah Noor-30 and 60, Surah Ahzab-59, , Tirmidhi-1173)

Veil is a tool to protect women's chastity

The veil is an important tool in suppressing modesty and protecting chastity. The life of a veiled woman. Regarding the veil, Allah said:

and

O Muslim women! Stay at home. (And if you have to go out, then) do not go out with decorations like in the Jahili era. (Surah Ahzab-33) Allah Almighty says-

وَإِذَا سَتَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَعًا فَاسْستَلُوهُنَّ مِنْ وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ ذَالِكَ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ (O believers) if you (O believers) ask for anything from the wives of the Prophet, they will ask for it from behind the veil. Verse 3-5]

This verse was revealed about the Prophet's wives. Who were the purest women. Allah Ta'ala chose them as the wives of the Prophet. While believers have been ordered to veil themselves in this way, this rule applies even more to other women.

[Three] Allah says:

يُأَيُّهَا ​​النَّبِيُّ قُل لِأَزْوجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلْبِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

O Prophet tell your wives, daughters and believing women (when they want to go out) to cover themselves completely with a large sheet (including their faces). In this way it will be easy to recognize them as honest characters. They will not be eve-teasing. Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surah Ahzab-59) The actions of the female Companions

عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ رض قَالَتْ: لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ خَرَجَ نِسَاءُ الْأَنْصَارِ كَانَ عَلَى رُؤوسِهِنَّ الْغِرْبَانَ مِنَ الْأَكْسِيَةِ 

Ammajan Umm Salama RA. said-

When the mentioned verse was revealed, the Ansari women used to leave the house covering themselves with black cloth. (Abu Dawud-4101) Will our mothers and sisters wear this verse of the Qur'an to act like the female Companions? May Allah grant tawfiq. amen

Shame and shyness

Shame and shyness is a special human quality. The more shy he is, the more respected he is in the society. It has a great influence in forming the beautiful character of people. This is the quality that keeps people away from evil deeds, injustice and obscenity and encourages good deeds. And shamelessness and shamelessness can be identified through clothing. Islam lays great emphasis on shame and pronounces harsh words on modesty and promiscuity. As described in Hadith Sharif-

إِنَّ الْحَيَاء وَالْإِيَاء وَالْإِيمَانَ قُرَنَا جَمِيعًا فَإِذَا رُفِعَ أَحَدُهُمَا رُفِعَ الْاخَرُ [one] Prophet. Irshad points out that both shame and faith are closely related. If one of them goes away, the other goes too. [Shuabul Iman-7729/

[Two] Prophet Said - Shame is part of faith and the place of faith is paradise. On the other hand shamelessness belongs to evil character, and the place of evil is hell. [Mukhande Ahmad-10512]

Punishment for obscenity and lasciviousness

 

Almighty Allah said:

 

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحِبُّونَ أَنْ تَشِيعَ الْفَحِشَةُ فِي الَّذِينَ امَنُوا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ فِي

الدُّنْيَا وَالْاخِرَةِ

For those who like to spread obscenity, lewdness and nudity among the believers, there will be a painful punishment in the Hereafter.

[Surah Noor-19]

has إلى لا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ, وَلَا يَنظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْعَاقُ

And the Messenger of Allah Said: Three people will not enter Paradise and Allah will not look at them on the Day of Resurrection. Disobedient child of one parent. Two. Man's beautiful woman. Three. A person who accepts the obscenity of family members. [Musnad Ahmad-6180]

Men's screen

Purusha's veil is to cover his satar and prevent the eyes from haram things. Allah says:

Qul

Allah خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ

O Prophet! Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts, that is the best course for them. Allah is Aware of whatever they do. [Surah Noor-30]

قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: لَعَنَ اللهُ النَّاظِرَ وَ الْمَنْظُورَ إِلَيْهِ Rasul. Allah's curse is on the one who gazes (illegitimately) and also on the one who is gazed upon. [Bayhaqi Sutra Maariful Hadith-319]

Declaration of the Merciful Allah: Allah the Exalted says:

فَمَن جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ فَانتهَى فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ أَصْحُبُ النَّارِ هُم فِيها خَلِدُونَ

If there comes to him an admonition from his Lord, then he turns away, then that is what happened in the past. And his matter is in the jurisdiction of Allah (meaning Allah will forgive him) and whoever does the same thing again, such a person will be in Hell. And they will be there forever. (Surah Baqarah-175)
